No. Spiral is not a messaging platform between you and your therapist. You always talk to Spiral's AI, never to your therapist directly. However, if you invite your therapist to collaborate, they can shape how Spiral supports you by creating clinical frameworks (Care Blueprints) and they can optionally receive AI-generated session summaries — giving them insight into what you've been working through between appointments.

How much does Spiral cost?

We offer four tiers: Free ($0, 5 messages per day), Starter ($20/month, 50 messages per day), Growth ($50/month, unlimited messages), and Professional ($100/month, unlimited messages plus advanced features). Annual plans save 20%. The free tier has no time limit — it's always available.

How do I start texting Spiral?
